What is Roadbull all about?
Roadbull guarantees deliveries from the time you make a booking up till 4 days in advance. We provide superior tech based last mile fulfillment and courier solutions to ecommerce companies and businesses locally.

Can I select the timing of when the items are collected and delivered?
Yes, you can! Just select Scheduled if you want to select next day timings or Same-Day Scheduled if you want it done on the day itself.
What do the different types of service mean?
Basically, Roadbull offers you 6 main types of services.
1. Standard (Parcel): You are given the choice of selecting the Pick-up Date and Timeslot of your choice. Delivery date & Times are chosen by Roadbull (our service standard is Pick-up + 1 working day) --- Pick up happens earliest on the next working day.
2. Standard (Document): You are given the choice of selecting the Pick-up and Delivery Date & Timeslot of your choice of up to 4 days ahead. Your items can be picked up on the same day too, as long as your order is made 60 minutes before the desired pick-up slot.
3. Scheduled: You are able to choose your Pick-up on the same day and Delivery time & dates from the next day onward.
4. Same-Day Scheduled: Same as Scheduled, but the only difference is that you are able to select Same day pick-up and delivery time slots.
5. Bullet: We can get your job done within a 3-hour window. The timer starts from the second your order has been confirmed. This is only applicable for Documents or “S” sized parcels. Last order must be processed by 6pm.
6. Return: This is only applicable for BULLET SERVICE. We will take only 1 hour on top of your bullet delivery time to complete the job.
What are your time slots like?
9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-6pm, 6pm-10pm.
What are your operating hours?
We operate from Mon-Sat, 9am -- 10pm. Closed on Public Holidays.
If I need to arrange an urgent delivery, can Roadbull do it?
Yes, we can for Documents and “S” parcels. Just select our Bullet service, your job will be completed within 3hours.
How can I track the status of my deliveries?
Using your consignment number, you can check where your items are via our Track order button online or via the mobile app.
Will I be updated during the delivery process?
Yes, we will update you the status of your item at every step of the way.
Are there items which Roadbull does not deliver?
Yes, you may refer to our Service Guidelines for the full list of items which we do not deliver.
What is the largest/heaviest item you can deliver?
We deliver items no more than 300cm (L+W+H Dimension) or items weighing more than 30kg.

What if I need to deliver many items, how do I submit my orders?
You may submit your items through the web order page, or through our Bulk order templates or through API creation. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to find out more.
What if there was no one there during collection or delivery?
We will try our best within all reasonable means to reach the recipient to complete the job. Failing which, we will move off and consider this an unsuccessful attempt. An email will be sent to the sender to re-arrange the pick up or delivery at no cost (1 free re-pick up / re-delivery).
How are you able to have only 1 price for document delivery whereas others have various prices?
With the help of technology, we are able to optimize deliveries to achieve greater efficiency. Thus we are able to only have 1 fixed price on the type of item. We pass on the cost savings to you!
What if I need to modify my order, how can I do it?
You can either use our Mobile app to amend your order as long as it is 24 hours before the pick up or delivery, whichever is earlier. Or email us at email@example.com
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation is only applicable for Pick Up. No cancellation is allowed 120 minutes before the pick-up window. During which, no refund will be made. However, if cancellation is done > 2 hours but less than 24 hours, 50% of the order is refundable.
Do I need to do my own packaging?
Yes, you will need to. Please refer to our service guidelines for our tips on packing.
What information is needed on the labels?
Please print QR code and attach it securely at the top right of the parcel like a stamp on the item. The QR code is akin to a stamp. An additional charge of S$0.50 per item is applicable if the item is not labelled.
Can I write and label on the item?
Handwritten labels are not acceptable and will be deemed as unlabelled.

Do you charge for account opening?
No. Setup is free. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange.
What types of account do you have?
We have both Prepaid and Postpaid accounts, depending on your requirements. Please contact us for more information.
What modes of payment do you accept?
Credit card, Bank transfer or Cheque.
What if my parcel is found to be damaged or lost?
Roadbull is subject to a maximum liability of S$200 per item. We will investigate the matter thoroughly. If in doubt, you may contact email@example.com
How long does it take before I can get my refund?
Our refund policy is within 60-90 days from date of cancellation / report.
Are my items insured?
Yes, we insure you up to S$200. Should you require a higher insurance coverage on your item, please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
