Job Description:

  • Perform Full Spectrum of HR Function
  • Manage full cycle recruitment, sourcing, interview, salary proposal, onboarding process & orientation and exit interview
  • Handling of all employees’ matters such as grievances, development, needs assessment and training program, appraisal for annual increment and performance bonus
  • Administrative duties such as preparation of all HR related letters, work pass application, renewal, and cancellation (WP/SP/EP), insurance, maintaining P-File and HR Documentation, etc
  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing and contractor payout
  • Ensure timely and accurate statutory submission such as CPF, tax clearance, annual tax filling, government-paid claims such as NS claim, Maternity Leave, Childcare Leave, Training Grants
  • Ensure process adherence according to Singapore MOM Compliances and Employment Acts
  • Enforcement of HR SOP and guidelines written in Employee Handbook
  • Human Resource Policy formulation, enhancement, and implementation
  • Performance Management and improvement of systems related to HR
  • Organisation Chart and Career path categorization (including Annual Leave Package, working hours and days per week, Remuneration Package Component and etc.)
  • Maintain HR Benefits and Compensation or Insurance Claims matters
  • Development of a company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development and high performance
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Good knowledge of employment act laws and regulations and human resources practices
  • Able to exercise mature discretion on confidential issues
  • Ability to multi-task, independent, meticulous, interpersonal skills, good team player and resourceful
  • Required Skill(s): Human Resource Functions, Communication skills, Training and developmental skills, Empathetic skills, Singapore MOM Compliances and Employment Acts, Conflict Management and Problem Solving, Motivation, Accessibility, Compassion
  • Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
