What is Roadbull all about?

 

Roadbull guarantees deliveries from the time you make a booking up till 4 days in advance. We provide superior tech based last mile fulfillment and courier solutions to ecommerce companies and businesses locally.

The consignment number is unique alphanumeric number beginning with the number 8 that uniquely identifies your parcel identity. This is generated once an order is confirmed.
Roadbull delivers Monday to Saturday, 9am to 10pm.
We also deliver in schedule time slots:
Slot A (9am – 12pm), Slot B (12pm – 3pm), Slot C (3pm – 6pm), Slot D (6pm – 10pm).

If the items are out for delivery, we are unable to amend the date or address immediately. You may enquire with us on our live chat services or send an email to info@roadbull.com.
Otherwise, re-delivery arrangements may take up to 2 working days. Kindly reschedule using the link given in SMS once the delivery fails or send an email to info@roadbull.com
In the event of delivery failure, an SMS with a reschedule link will be sent to you and you can arrange for the re-delivery date. The earliest available date will be two working days from the delivery failure date and furthest available date will be four days from delivery failure date.
You may track your parcel by visiting www.roadbull.com and key your order/consignment number on the tracking portal.
Yes. You will be able to see the proof of delivery by tracking your order at www.roadbull.com
You can either use our Mobile app to amend your order as long as it is an hour before the cut off time selected or log in to your account to make changes. Changes are allowed depending on the status of delivery.
Cancellation is only applicable for Pick Up. No cancellation is allowed 120 minutes before the pick-up time slot. During which, no refund will be made.
Yes, you will need to. Please refer to our service guidelines here for our tips on packing.
You will require to print the consignment label and affix to your package. Be careful not to obscure or damage the label as scanning of the barcode is crucial for Roadbull.
An additional charge of $0.50 applies per label if the item is handed over without a proper label.
Handwritten labels are not acceptable and will be deemed as unlabelled.

Depending on your requirements, we have both prepaid and postpaid accounts. Please contact us at info@roadbull.com for more information.
We accept payment by Credit card, Bank transfer or Cheque.
Lost and damage varies according to the subscribed plan. Information of the plan can be obtained at the Profile section of the interface. We will investigate the matter thoroughly. If in doubt, you may e-mail to info@roadbull.com. Do note any claims for damage/lost must be made within 7 days from the item’s delivery date, failing which Roadbull shall have no liability whatsoever.
Our refund policy is within 60-90 days from date of cancellation / report.
