Amidst the ongoing Circuit Breaker measures, rest assured that our deliveries are operating as usual and our team is doing its best to expedite deliveries with the safety measures in mind. However, due to the latest restrictions and measures introduced by the Government of Singapore, please expect a slight delay in receiving your parcels. Unless otherwise mentioned, our standard delivery window is between 9 AM to 10 PM from Monday to Saturday, excluding Public Holidays.

Non-delivery to restricted areas and commercial addresses

With the current cluster outbreak in various Dormitories throughout the country, Roadbull is taking steps to mitigate this risk by ceasing all deliveries to Dormitories with effect from 16 April 2020. For existing orders to Dormitories, there will be no attempted delivery. An SMS notification will be sent to the recipient with the option to re-direct the delivery to an alternative address. However, if no alternative address is submitted to us within 2 calendar days from the date of notification, the parcel will be returned to sender. The list of Dormitories affected by this can be found here.

In view of the closure of many offices/commercial buildings due to the circuit breaker measures, SMS notifications will be sent to the recipient with the option to re-direct the delivery to an alternative address. A link to reschedule will be made available. However, if no alternative address is submitted to us within 2 calendar days from the date of notification, the parcel will be returned to sender.
